The movie was much better than I expected it would be and I honestly liked it. However, there are many issues plaguing it, and many were already mentioned.
There's one thing I strongly regret about this movie. Warner finally got a properly written Gang for its cinematic movie. I hated them in the first two live-action movies. I hated their personalities, relations, lines, they didn't even seem to be friends. And here we have the best incarnations of them in the last 3 years, their friendship works great... and it can't shine long enough.
The addition of Blue Falcon, Dynomutt, and Dee Dee Sykes was absolutely pointless for two reasons. First, they didn't add anything that the Gang didn't already have. The whole skull tracking thing could be done by Velma and Fred with the help of Daphne. Some of Blue Falcon's lines could be Fred's. Shaggy and Scooby would be comic relief as always. It would be still a superhero movie since they would still have to defeat Dick Dastardly, but the whole five would have satisfactory screentime. I and a lot of other people simply don't care about the rest of Hanna Barbera characters. We wanted our favorite Scooby Gang and we got it with lots of unwanted add-ons. It's like a junkware added to the game we dreamed for years.
Anyway, the second reason is how out of character they were. Brian was Brian, I'm OK with that, but since when Dynomutt is the voice of reason instead of a goofy sidekick? Or the whole thing with Dee Dee and Captain Caveman fight encounter, weren't they supposed to know and like each other? It just makes no sense.
I enjoyed Dick Dastardly though. He was a fine, well-written villain.
As for voices, they weren't terrible, although Will Forte as Shaggy was noticeably off, despite his visible efforts to make it sound good and authentic. Well, it didn't. He sounded like Shaggy with depression.
I really want to watch the adventures of this exact Scooby Gang without any supporting characters. I want to see them freely interacting, solving mysteries, being friends. I definitely don't want the Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe.

I watched it in English two weeks after its release and I'm going to rewatch it in Polish on July 24th when it is going to hit polish theaters. I have an I-MAX cinema in my home town, so will be a great opportunity to check how Scoob! (or Scooby Doo! as it is titled in the polish version) looks in 3-D. I'll definitely write about it here
