It would appear as I had thought was a solid option with Scooby Doo and Guess Who going on Cartoon Network, the remains of the finished production shows from WB Animation are all likely just going to be filler to the Boomerang service. They had revealed a new Flintstones series is in development as of the press release (which don't kid yourselves folks was probably being pitched the minute AT&T won that court battle).
So Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs is officially Yabba Dadda dead. And bet your dollar this one will probably be similar in tone to Guess Who and the LT shorts. They didn't specify where it will air, but I'm thinking now it is getting more likely Cartoon Network may be breaking down those block barriers soon so it will probably go there or be one to premiere on HBO Max.
Also nobody be surprised if the next incarnation of Tom and Jerry is revealed soon.

It really seems to me that Boomerang is basically dead as well

I don't think the physical channel is out of the picture yet entirely. But the days of some shows being segregated to Boomerang, Toonami and Adult Swim only on the channel at hours CN felt like are probably done.
For a similar situation months ago they were talking about shutting down Trutv as well but those rumors seem to have died down and instead that channel just got handed to the guy also in charge of TBS and TNT (and possibly soon HBO) I'm thinking they'll either rebrand it to be CN2 or shut it down entirely. I kind of think Trutv may get a rebrand but exist as the backup channel to TBS and TNT, so Boomerang may survive a similar fate.
The continued existence of the streaming service probably depends if it makes enough money to justify it still co-existing with HBO Max. Which is a question I have zero information on.

So we won’t ever see Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs? They'll probably burn it off like they did Be Cool Season 2

I expect they'll probably be dumped on the Boomerang service at some point when they need filler. But I don't think we need much more proof WB considers that stuff lameducks now. They've got their fresh start now, may their last stuff from the Turner era slowly rest in peace (or pieces).
EDIT: Apparently one of the sites reporting on this mentioned in their article that Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs is right now planned to be put up on the streaming service in 2020. This may be bunk or this may be a conservative estimate. But to be honest i'm thinking we might not have seen the worst of CN's internal mess revealed in terms of things they have to air. The idea the channel has enough material ready into the new year might be the reason we got Guess Who's first season split in two. Because if they waited for the channel to get caught up, they'd miss Scooby's anniversary.
But I expect everything remaining from the old gen will likely still be on the streaming service sooner or later.

So we won’t ever see Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs? After having seen the pilot episode at KimCartoon, you aren't missing anything.

Haha yep, the Boomerang app sent it to me for being a member of their survey group (or whatever it's called) and it was pretty terrible I remember. Really bad animation and horrible writing.
