Wow, I can't believe it! Christmas came early this year haha. That's an interesting point about the uncut intro, I wonder if it will still be cut due to the Addams Family (they were the only ones of the 9 previously missing celebrities to be in the intro anyways). Nonetheless, I am incredibly excited for this set and the "50 Cartoon Collection" set on July 30. Hopefully that one will feature some unreleased episodes as well.
I am a bit surprised though that the Addams Family was the only one that didn't make the cut. Given HB made their own Addams Family cartoon series and was able to release it without issue, that's the one I would have least expected not to be able to released.

I always found it weird that Batman & Robin were edited out of the intro, even though Warner owns both Batman and Scooby.

Anyone else excited at the prospect of the previously unreleased episodes being their uncut 43 minute versions? I don't think those have ever aired on TV outside of the '73 CBS airings and possibly syndication in some circumstances.
Also, there's allegedly a scene missing from The Dynamic Scooby-Doo Affair that's never been released on video (it does run about 2 minutes shorter compared to the other episodes). Wonder if this release will correct that.

I wasn't aware about the missing scene from The Dynamic Scooby-Doo Affair, but if there is one, hopefully it's on this set!

Their excellent discussion of how counterfeiting "will undermine the national economy", and that "for the sake of our world's stability, we must capture this crook here and now" was edited out of the copies Cartoon Network has been showing. Gosh, it doesn't get much more exciting than that for kids lol.

I hope Warner hasn't outright lost the scene/other scenes that were cut from New Movies for certain broadcasts or in syndication.

It seems a bit odd to me that they would create a scene discussing the global economy and politics at length for a kids show, like that seems really out of place and like kids would be bored out of their minds watching that. Of course, I wouldn't mind seeing it, but if the scene is real I can see why it was cut from the CN airings.

Truly, the best story and plot in the entire series. Plenty of excellent dialogue and big language from both Velma and Batman. Their excellent discussion of how counterfeiting "will undermine the national economy", and that "for the sake of our world's stability, we must capture this crook here and now" was edited out of the copies Cartoon Network has been showing originally to make room for a cartoon short at the end of the show, and these prints also spread to the DVD version!Did it also extend to the Boomerang streaming app versions, because I think I remember hearing that exchange when I watched the episode last month.

Nah, it's also the 41 minute cut. Did any other episodes get cut, or is it just this one? Nope. Not on the Boomerang app/website, but The Ghastly Ghost Town on the Shaggy's Showdown DVD is also its 41 minute cut with the original title theme from Mine Your Own Business over the guest star screen: The scene cut is the lengthy bit where Shaggy and Scooby eventually figure out to use Tyrone to dig the gang out.
