Has anyone here heard of the new giant indoor theme park Warner Bros. built and opened in Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates? One of the attractions there is this cool Scooby-Doo dark ride, "The Museum of Mysteries"...
Sounds like they got Grey DeLisle-Griffin as Daphne and Kate Miccui as Velma. It also sounds like Frank Welker as Fred, but I think Scott Innes voices Shaggy and Scooby here.
The new Scooby-Doo mascot costume looks REALLY good. And from what I saw, they're also now using this design at the Universal Studios parks (at least the one in Hollywood so far.) Maybe they'll soon make it to the Six Flags amusement parks, along with those incredible new Looney Tunes costumes (I especially really like Wile E. Coyote!) Also at Warner Bros. World, Shaggy appears as a "face" character, i.e. a park character using his/her real face and not wearing a mask (like the Disney princesses do.)
