Yuck, the one guest star I'm not looking forward to. Steve was a klutz always causing issues for the family matters characters and took over the show in the later seasons, I watched the show during its run and found him great back than but now looking back he became annoying to me. Can't wait to see him cause trouble for Shaggy and Scooby while trying to escape those guys in masks that should be hilarious at least.
I'm mostly looking forward to the Sherlock episode, those are always fun ^
Didn't see Batman or the Flash in the promo though, we know they are confirmed to appear. I hope The Flash races Shaggy and Scooby, they can be pretty fast when freaked out LOL.

<Insert look of non-recognition here> This will be a test of how good the writing is, I have no idea who this person is, never even heard of their name before, and have no need to find out. So, it the show is depending on recognition of the guest star and what they do to carry the show then there may be trouble ahead. Now I know this will come as a shock to some but the rest of the world does not know/follow/care about all aspects of American culture (and if you're French you've probably legislated against it) so for example in areas like Europe, which has more than double the combined population of the USA and Canada, there will be a lot of viewers going I have no idea who this person is, so if the writers are depending on you knowing who the guest is before hand it will not do well outside of the US. If the writers recognise this and account for it in the writing then it will be much more successful outside of the US. First of all, there is always going to be 10Billion viewers who don’t know who the person is compared to 50Million who know it. Also, Family Matters is popular in Europe as well, not just part of the American culture. Second, I bet most of us didn’t know most of the guests in TNSDM as well but I bet they will give us enough background for ya to understand who these people are. This is who entertainment works

Second, I bet most of us didn’t know most of the guests in TNSDM as well but I bet they will give us enough background for ya to understand who these people are. This is who entertainment works From what I remember of TNSDM it was just 'hey gang it's <insert random celebrity here> I wonder what they're doing here...' and then we're off to the races. And that was in a 40 minute show. Now more info may have dropped but from what little I can recall it did seem to assume you knew who they were. Here they have just 20 minutes to do everything. So, Family Matters, a mid-late 90's show (last series originally aired 1997-1998) and looking at Wikipedia it appeared to have only been shown in Canada and the UK (on the satellite channel Sky One (a subscription channel) and possibly Channel 4 (a terrestrial channel but with less viewers than BBC or ITV)). I asked my wife who normally watches loads of American soap-operas and sitcoms and she's never heard of it. And you may have missed this, but I live in the UK.

That's why they're calling it Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? though...the biggest mystery will actually be figuring out who the heck the random guest star is and why they're popular haha.

Love the background art a lot paired with the very sharp vividly colored character designs. It reminds me a lot of The Looney Tunes Show which I adored. Plus the background music gives me a very noir-esque vibe. I’m living for it!! Here’s the premise of the episode: "Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang meet up with basketball legend and bowling aficionado Chris Paul at a golf tournament fundraiser held in Florida. Shaggy's come to caddy for Mr. Paul and help him with this game so the Assist King can save a local school from going under. But when a horrible Swamp Monster attacks trying to destroy the charity event, our heroes and Mr. Paul must finish the tournament and save the school, and possibly their own lives!"

Not a particularly inspiring trailer, would have expected something a bit more attention grabbing as a 'come watch this' piece. Who or what is 'Assist King'?
And as for golf...

Assist is a term used in some sports that refer to passing the ball to another player on your team and that pass makes your team score

Is it a person or a company.

Given the bonkers name of sports companies it could be the name of a sporting equipment, well probably a golf equipment, manufacturer. I have to admit I sort of glazed over watching the clip, it was that underwhelming.
