It may well be Scrappy wants to his own thing, he still has work to do to become a team player, and Scooby is doing something else with Shaggy and co.

Very interesting issue. Shaggy and Velma have a revealing exchange, Scrappy find that killing monsters can be a path to friendship, and then there's the last pane. Oh and #29 is entitled Risen!
