I’ll probably do it for a Scooby snack.

This thought just occurred to me as they recently announced they are going to do “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and have also done Riverdale, both based on popular characters and comics. I’d be curious if they would turn Scooby Apocolypse or even just Scooby in general into a sort of reimagined live action series. Seeing as Mystery Incorporated was sort of a reimagine, I’m not sure, but still, it was animated....

Hopefully not, I can't see them spending the money to get the effects right. Plus a lot of what happens in the cartoon cannot happen in the real wold because, y'know, physics.

live action films arent very good, normally. the history of live action cartoon network properties is, shall we say, full of real bad movies.

I hope not, I don't like the back stories of the characters in the live action films. I'd prefer to keep them seperated.

It is just an intriguing thought I had, given I never thought they would turn Archie comics into such a series (a horrible portrayal in regards to the original comics btw). And they are attempting to continue that trend it seems. I’m not too happy with it, but trying to keep an open mind. Personally, I would rather hope for a good new animated series!

If it has the Mystery Begins cast I'd be up for it.

If it has the Mystery Begins cast I'd be up for it. They would be too old for it now (not old old, but older than I picture the gang being). I don't see this happening, doing a CGI character like Scooby would be on a live action TV budget, trying to come up with plenty of practical monster costumes for a season, and trying to make all that fit into the tone of Riverdale or other CW shows, it would be challenging to say the least.

I haven't liked any of the live-action Scooby outings so far, so I hope not - especially if it were to mean it were taking the place of a proper animated show.

I'd rather not have it. The Live action entry is a bit...uh...subpar.

Yeah i forget that mystery begins is like a decade old sad
