Anyone have a comprehensive or semi-comprehensive list of episodes and the moments in them that one could possibly find "evidence" to support any of these 2 pairings in?
Recently, I've found (just started thinking about this, so this is just a start):
From the New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show, both Shaphne for now:
Scooby a la Mode (Shaggy is seen carrying a huge pile of items bought by Daphne, usually this kind of thing is done by a BF for his GF) Crazy Carnival Caper (Shaggy and Daphne attend a reunion of sorts of their old school, why didn't Fred and Velma join in when they easily could have?)

Any will do and confirmation bias will do the rest.

The two TV series that would feature a lot of moments would be the New Scooby Doo Scrappy Doo Show and the New Scooby Doo Mysteries. Also the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo would feature some. One distinct episode I remember is Doom Service in New Scooby Doo Mysteries. Shaggy carries in Daphne's bags

Just watched it, and the latest Lego Scooby movie Blowout Beach Bash is VERY Frelma-centric (there's a very tiny bit of Shaphne in the beginning as well, but not as much).

It depend what you call exactly Shaphne and Frelma. Did them simply talking to each other or exchange what they think about the mystery is romantic?

It depend what you call exactly Shaphne and Frelma. Did them simply talking to each other or exchange what they think about the mystery is romantic? Well, aside from the newer series, not even Fraphne or Shelma was ever really highlighted and people were drawing from the usual stereotypical pairing typecasts to say Fred and Daphne or Shaggy and Velma were couples. I guess what I meant was - any interaction that depicts something at least slightly deeper than usual in the relationships between the non-"canon" pairings that people who really want them to be a couple MIGHT potentially draw from to make their case seem a little more solid.

Fred and Daphne always were a potential couple in any incarnations. From the beginning you can see there is strong chances they had feeling for each others, and this aspect of the serie had always be present in 48 years. The depht of the relationship varies depending of the serie you talking about, but it's always there. Apart from Be cool Scooby-Doo, this is one of the two relationship who emerges the most and is the most strong and stable in the serie (the first being Scooby and Shaggy). Despite of all the issues with the characters, and how it was handled, they were a couple, thought not official except in Mystery Incorporated, and more or less acted like it.
Shaggy and Velma was mostly an invented couple. Because, is Fred had Daphne, Shaggy "must" have Velma as a balance. Apart from a relative closeness in Scooby-Doo where are you, their interations never show any potential romantic feelings until they were together in Mystery Incorporated.
So i think a large part of the 1980 series with Daphne can be interpreted as Shaphne. But since they were the only two humans characters, it seems normal that they were a little more close than usual...not sure their closeness can be romantic, Daphne seemed a little too bossy towards Shaggy for being in love...
And for Fred and Velma, there are several moments in the first series when they had least share an intellectual complicity. Thought i don't think it's romantic, they are closer than usual in those moments.

80s had a lot of Daly/shaggy moments I'd say 13 Ghosts of scooby Doo had the most of them. Whenever both Fred and Velma appeared they'd be paired together. Makes you wonder if the original idea was for those four to get together before new people came into the picture and started messing with things.
