In the "Fairly OddParents" episode "The Wand That Got Away", the entire gang is dressed Scooby-style to find Cosmo's wand: Sparky plays the role of Scooby, Timmy is dressed like Fred - with an ascot -, Wanda is like Daphne, Baby Poof is in glasses and sweater like Velma and Cosmo has shaggy hair and a goatie, like Shaggy. They all travel around in a van similar to the Mystery Machine. Also, Sparky says "Scooby" sometimes, and in the end, he howls "Rooby-Rooby-Roo!", and Timmy's dad, turned into a pigeon, crashes the window and says "Zoinks!". Furthermore, in another episode, Timmy is left in his house with all his enemies, where a grey dog and a shaggy teenager ran around, looking a lot like Scooby and Shaggy. In another episode, Timmy and his godparents travel from one TV show to another. One of them is a parody of Scooby: it includes a dog and 5 teens - not 4 - who solve mysteries. So overall, "The Fairly OddParents" have quite a few Scooby-Doo references!

in a episode of futurama called Saturday morning funpit which was a parody/homage to different old school tv shows and one segment was called bendy boo where Bender is Scooby Doo , Fry is Shaggy , Leela is Daphne , Hermes is Fred and Amy is Velma it is pretty funny as it also make fun of the various classic show tropes including the laugh track

a few Scooby doo references popped up in the short lived sheep in the big city show including a scene where some of the main characters are searching for sheep in a warehouse and whilst exploring the silhouettes made by the torches resemble mystery inc

The newest episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, "December Solstice", is very similar to Casey Kasem's story. It's sad that he went through this stuff at the end of his life. Actually seeing an adaptation based on what he went through is just heart breaking! Read the article here.

Was just watching my Josie and the Pussycats DVD and, in the second episode "A Greenthumb is not a Goldfinger", Josie says: "It's Alexandra!" to which Alexandra replies: "Who were you expecting? Scooby-Doo?" There are also a couple of episodes where they play the Scooby-dance music and I just heard the Spooky Space Kook sound effects used in Melody Memory Mix-Up.

I died when I first heard that! I love that the both share music and sound effects. Sometimes, I think I even prefer the Pussycats to Scooby. They really deserved another season!
