Definitely an improvement from Haunted Hollywood. Better plot and setting and more characters. I found it a cute story with some cringeworthy moments such as the Jinkie and the two high school musical-shaped spoiled brats but there were some funny moments such as the tour guide and the Dr. Najib (which is voiced by the actor that plays the school principal in Glee) and the police officer cameos. I liked thw scenes in the underground passages too. It lacked characterization from the gang especially Daphne. There was just not enough from her. Anyways nice movie but not the best

Better than Haunted Hollywood, they still need to work on their pacing and tighten things up a bit more but it was a big improvement overall. On the downside I think some of the characters, especially Daphne and Shaggy were a bit off at times. With two data points they are heading in a good direction.
Another plus was that this came with a UV code even though I only got it on DVD, just as well as the DVD player on my PC decided to kick the bucket.

I just can't seem to watch a Scooby Lego movie without being annoyed at how gimmicky it is or thinking how they could've used all the time they put into it into a real animated Scooby movie.
I'm really honestly surprised that Lego-brand movies of any franchise is still a fad.

I still think that Mitzy being paranoid when Daphne mentioned her boss and the poem is one of the funniest thing ever in a Scooby-Doo movie.
"A poem?" "Where?"

like someone else on here said this really should've been 2D animated, if it was I'd probably give it an 8 but I'm going with a 7
