The episode aired today in Italy. I missed it by 5 minutes... ugh However, this is the plot:
A woman, disgusted by Halloween's commercial exploitation, wants to end the festivity to bring it back to to an historical dimension, dressing up as witch and scaring away the children.

You could have been less specific I genuinely just translated the Italian one. I have no idea what they mean by "historical dimension" btw.

So the culprit's motive was this explicit in the italian synopsis or am I getting it wrong?

Seriously? The Italian television guide reveals the bad guy's motive as the plot for the episode? That's lovely. If the "mysteries" aren't already too easy for people to figure out. Fortunately, knowing the bad guy's motive in this episode doesn't really tell you who the bad guy IS.

If it aired in Italy, does that mean it's coming here soon?

If it aired in Italy, does that mean it's coming here soon? If history has taught us anything, it is that NOTHING necessarily means it's coming here soon.

Fortunately, knowing the bad guy's motive in this episode doesn't really tell you who the bad guy IS. This was the only one though. Usually it's something like "the gang arrives to this location but a monster is there, will they be able to solve another mystery?"
