It’s hard enough for Scooby and the gang to crack the mystery of a Dickensian Yuletide ghost...but it’s harder with “help” from Mystery, Inc.’s newest member: Harley Quinn! Harley’s decided to try a new career as a ghost-busting detective—and when she swings that giant mallet, nobody’s going to tell her “no.” But the gang doesn’t suspect the real reason for Harley’s relocation: She’s on the run after a “lover’s spat” with The Joker—and Mistah J wants her back!

nice find. One wonders if Harleys sanity loss is due to her own actions, or rather if "Mister J" is wholly responsible.

^Knowing Harley it's her own actions. She shouldn't have let her guard down in Arkham. According to this line in The Batman...she's fully aware and don't care..."you'd think a psychiatrist would know better." Interesting that Quinn's back again, though i'd rather see Isley...Isley is a better villain.

Harley Quinn may be a more known figure, I've never read or watched much Batman but even I've heard of Ms Quinn and her mallet.

Harley for her slavish devotion to the Joker and Poison ivy for her environmental fanaticism gone amok. if you watched Batman the animated series Harley And Isley were good friends.

Which I haven't. When picking a character you have to look from the outside in and find out who from the pantheon of possible characters you can pick from have the highest 'brand recognition' outside of the fandom. Cover art sells and you're looking to snare some extra sales from passers by.

Of course russm. but if you are looking at it from the casual fan. the Joker is his #1 foe. Among his female foes, Isley and Quinn are 1a and 1b, course having Isley in the dreadful Batman and Robin didnt help.

I just went with the ones most would know aside from Clayface (Hagen) and the Mad Hatter (Jervis Tetch "a lowly wretch" is how he pronounced it) while ignoring some of the more obscure ones because they weren't all that impressive besides if we were to list all of Batman's (and Catwoman's?) Rogues we'd be here all day. Even Superman's rogues gallery isn't that long.

True, but then again, theres only a handful of bad guys that would stand a chance against Superman, given his nearly God-like powers. Thus, his rogue's galerry is far smaller.

That is also a reason why Wonder Woman's is so small the other reason? She said it herself "When i deal with them, I deal WITH them." Meaning she's not afraid to end them because sometimes you have to put things out of their mysery before they become even more of a monster. The only reason that Flash (Barry Allen or Wally West take your pick) and GL (Hal Joedan or Kyle Rayner again take your pick) have long rogues galleries is because they've got pathetic villians (except for Zoom, Star Sapphire, Red Lantern, Mirror Master and Sinestro of course.)

Green Lanterns powers also rival Supermans, again, nearly god like power, most villains dont stand a chance. Batman refuses to kill, despite many opportunities to do so. Self Righteousness, or having a strict moral code, you pick, but batman sends his guys to jail, where they eventually break out. I'm actually not familiar with Wonder Womans Rogues.

Batman has such 'good' villains as they've been around for so long. Easier on the writers too. I always thought it was Batman's moral code that stopped him killing... Or there might be another... From Dr Who 'A good man goes to war'
