They've kept it off so long I've already seen all of season one in French, Hindi, AND English. Don't they know that the longer they keep it off people are going to go looking for it and then not as many people will watch their channel?

i'm thinking it'll be aired in September. You're actually right! I was checking Wabbit's page on Wikipedia and saw that the rest of the episodes that came out on DVD back in April will start airing on CN every Saturday starting September 3, so I checked Be Cool. While Wikipedia has deleted episodes 21-23 from the Episodes section, "Into the Mouth of Madcap", episode 24, has an airdate for September 24. That would mean that "Eating Crow" will air on September 3 and "I Scooby Dooby Do" and "El Bandito" will follow. Hopefully it's true and CN is not pulling our leg again... No word for Bunnicula though, which was cut along with Wabbit and Be Cool.

CORRECTION Wikipedia now lists "Into the Mouth of Madcap", "The Norse Case Scenario" and "The People vs Fred Jones" as episodes 21, 22 and 23 respectively, with airdates September 3, 10 and 17 respectively. I think that's a mix-up though. It's already known that "Eating Crow", "I Scooby Dooby Do" and "El Bandito" are episodes 21-23.

Well I've pretty much lost interest in the show now, they'll turn up when they do and at some point I'll watch them but thanks to CN/Boomerang's disinterested scheduling I'm no longer looking out for it.

In CITV in the UK, where BCSD will be airing soon, they are great with scheduling. They might have a break in the middle of the season, but they will always air all the episodes within a decent time frame. They pick a time and stick with it.
