Rather enjoyed this episode. I like that shaggy and the others went to visit their old high school (could do that myself one day). The villain was predictable though. The trick with the dunk tank was interesting too.

If you're a Shaphne lover, I think this is probably one of the better episodes. It's an episode sans Fred or Velma where Shaggy and Daphne have an established past together (outside of the usual "we've been on the same team for years" bit).

Doo's blog which has a poll every week inspired me to do a series of more in depth points I have to make for certain episodes, particularly some of the more bizarre episodes. This week's poll (https://scoobysnax1.weebly.com/blog/weekly-poll-60) was about the creepiest clown villain in Scooby Doo. That answer is more debatable but one thing is for sure that this clown is the absolute least creepy. I really don't know how they somehow managed to do it, but they managed to make a clown villain that is not creepy whatsoever. That is a task that requires a lot of skill considering clowns in general are creepy. But this guy almost seems like they're playing tag and running away from a toddler just to keep the kid entertained. He's literally just saying "GiMmE ThAt BoX" he is not threatening at all. I think I would be more scared of the teacher. At least he is very skilled in changing into his clown costume very, very quickly (specifically with the raffle scene) Also, I can't really get my head wrapped the whole mirror trick. I think that seeing yourself in the mirror would be proof that there is something hidden, so unless I am just comprehending it wrong it just seems that they threw the word "mirrors" in there as a quick easy out to make it on the surface seem logical. I'm with Scooby when asked if he understood, "Rabsolutely not!" But my last comment stands that despite all of this, it was still a pretty enjoyable episode

This is one of my favorite episodes of the series and I have to disagree with pretty much everything you wrote about the clown. I genuinely was terrified by the clown and it was possibly the creepiest of the franchise imo for how human it was yet he looked so psycho. It gave me Kubrick vibes, especially with the song that plays in creepy scenes in this show. I loved the setting, the plot was well structured and written. The mystery still managed to leave me amused til the end which rarely happens anymore with the new Guess Who episodes. Absolutely loved this one, except for the mirror thing which left me confused. I wish they had a better explanation for that

For me the creepiest clown was by far the original Ghost Clown for his hypnotism tricks (even if it doesn’t really work like that in real life). At least we can agree that the episode itself was pretty good
