I'm not sure what you're asking? You're using an image of a game, so are you asking, was the game inspiration for the movie?

Fangface was a series created by Ruby Spears. The company Ruby and Spears made when they left working mainly for Hanna Barbera. Even from it's earliest days it became rather obvious Ruby Spears was Hanna Barbera without Hanna and Barbera. They stuck to the same style and even shared plenty of employees that weren't exclusive. Then Hanna Barbera's parent Taft bought Ruby Spears and they became official sister studios and co-produced some things together.
Fangface was another show following the Scooby mode. It of course had a werewolf as one of the gang. Fangface itself had a few things that could be considered on purpose parallels. Possibly even being in-jokes because of the still close relationship between HB and RS. Do notice in Fangface's intro they stage one scene very much like one from the Scooby opening.
I think what arkmabat might be wondering on is that Fangface sets it premise similarly on that there's this curse/legend someone will become a werewolf. Which of course wasn't that new of a plot when Fangface used it. Nor would it be when Scooby did in in this movie or "Moon Light Madness" that was between Fangface and this.

I understand more now. I never really paid attention to what it was actually about. But the picture of the game did confuse me a bit. A straight explanation from Arkmabat would've been more useful.
