So he is called Scoobert after all. Or should I ignore that, too? Haha. Nothing escapes your pediabrain. I, personally, don't look at "Scoobert" as Scooby's "real" name officially, but more as a jokey, "formal" nickname the gang (or Shaggy, in particular) might call him in specific situations. Like my first name is "Jon" with no "H" and it's NOT short for "Jonathan" - on my birth certificate it says "Jon Colton Barry" BUT someone might jokingly call me "Jonathan" if they were affecting a formal, wealthy, posh kind of attitude, as Shaggy does here, "Come along, Scoobert...:" So you don't have to ignore it (you don't really "ignore" stuff anyway, right? You have a whole area set aside for mistakes in each episode, don't you?). Think of it as "nuance" not "error." I did actually see that Shaggy said it in a jokey way, but the fact that it actually is his mainstream name, it threw me off a bit. We do have a whole section of errors, yes. LOL.

And, yeah, I'm glad you picked up on the slight of hand of transforming "Scooby Snacks" into (also) a human food. I thought it was kind of funny when Mr. Samson said they were kids (I didn't think about it until the end, anyway). I don't think many parents would be letting their kids buy dog biscuits for themselves.

This was a great episode, one of my new favorites! Very cool intro explaining the Scooby Snacks, and I liked the villain a lot!
I'd have to say the whole Fred-security guard interaction was my favorite part of the episode, although the whole bit with Daphne and the bribery and Beverly's character overall were both great. Loved all the references to the "Backstage Rage" episode too!
It's interesting how CN got the title wrong though (they list the episode as "Sorcerer Snack Scare" but the title card says "Sorcerer Snacks Scare."

Everybody got it wrong (although it may have originated from CN)! JCB let us down. Oh, man! I never noticed that until you said, and I'm not sure if I would've if you hadn't.

This probably could've started off with Scooby Snacks, but then it'd be like a Scooby Snacks monster, and we've already had that.

Daphne and her morals was cute. I love that the joke was on Fred in the end.

I loved this episode! Made me laugh quite a few times. Granted, I have found this entire series very funny right from the start.

One of the best episodes of the show so far! Cool villain and a good snack factory type of plot. The return of the puppets was very pleasant, I have to admit. The bribary gag turned out hilarious in the end that Shaggy and Scooby were playing with Fred the entire time (memorable line from Scooby: "Heh heh, sucker"). And the introduction of Scooby Snacks was cool.

The villain has a very classic look and feel - very well done! And the humor is really good in this one as well
