On Nickelodeon's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" appear a few well known actors and voice actors. Rob Paulsen [Shreako (Boo Brothers), Brunch (Reluctant Werewolf), Winslow Fleach (SDMI) to name a few] plays Donatello. Lewis Black [Mr. E/Ricky Owens (SDMI)] plays Vic, later mutated into Spider Bytez, first appeared in S01E03 "Turtle Temper". Kate Micucci [Velma (Be Cool)] plays April's friend Irma. Seth Green [Patrick (Monsters Unleashed)] plays Leonardo from a point on. As I keep watching the show, I'll post if anyone else appears. But Black's voice was immediately recognised!!

"The Fairly Oddparents" and many modern Scooby-Doo productions share voice actors. In addition to Grey DeLisle-Griffin (Vicky) voicing Daphne, we've also got Tara Strong (Timmy, Baby Poof) and Kevin Michael Richardson (two of Warner's main voice actors since the 2000s) doing incidental voices, and I've also heard Carlos Alazraqui (Mr. Crocker), Daran Norris (Cosmo, Timmy's Dad), Susan Blakeslee (Wanda, Timmy's Mom), and others as well. I even seem to recall "What's New Scooby-Doo" using the same "Internet" jokes as "The Fairly Oddparents" did, and "Oddparents" also referenced "What's New" a few times as well (such as the "meddling kids" line.)
Plus, Kevin Michael Richardson has been doing quite a few voices for "Family Guy" and "The Simpsons" by now.

And how could I forget Kevin Michael Richardson [Dan Fluunk (SDMI), Uboat (Moon Monster Madness) among others] playing the fearsome Shredder in TMNT. He's one of my absolute favorite voice actors!

I've noticed the connection, too. I hope we get Sean Astin and Greg Cipes at some point (and Mae Whitman). Townsend Coleman never did Scooby-Doo, unfortunately.
Another to add to the list is Jeffrey Combs as the Rat King and our very own H.P. Hatecraft.

I kind of got a kick out of Lewis Black as Spider Bytez.

Frank Welker was originally Rockwell, before Tom Kenny played him officially. Nolan North is the Kraang and Agent Bishop of the Utrom. Jim Meskimen is Carlos the reporter. Scott Menville was the ensign type who would always freak out on the Star Trek parody.

Josh Peck, a couple of minor characters on "E-Scream", is Casey.

Fred Tatasciore (Hudson Baron, Fright Hound) is Rocksteady. Phil LaMarr (Toddy Stickfigger) is Baxter Stockman. Clancy Brown (Evil Entity, Hebediah Grim) is Rahzar. Christian Lanz (Fernando El Aguirre) is Fishface. I'll out TMNT you any day. Nah, this was fun.

That line has been going since the original series.

What makes the "meddling kids" line a What's New reference? That line has been going since the original series. Only a handful of original episodes used the "meddling kids" line. In fact, many villains said nothing as they were taken away. I think it was starting with "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" where they made it so villains would always say it (though on that show, they used the term "pesky kids.") And "What's New" was probably the first series where just about every episode has the villain call the gang MEDDLING kids, and they frequently would parody it. Nowadays, that's a trait that is more common on the newer Scooby-Doo shows and movies than anything made in the 70s and 80s.
