So I just watched this episode and I really liked it. Things that I like include:
- Shaggy's interest in baseball. This would be the first interest outside of eating and food from him in recent years. - The bonding between between Shaggy and Daphne in this episode. I mean with them in the baseball field together and Velma and Fred commenting on the entire thing. This was just so fun. Daphne was also cheering for Shaggy and the gang not to give up. - Fred being smart is cool. - Velma's love of math was kind of cute. - Daphne's clumsiness is cute and her moth costume is adorable. - Shaggy being smart and brave is awesome! - The organ player playing the music for the chase scene. - Fred offering to be the bait was a first. - The villain was pretty obvious though. - "Meddling super fan" was just awesome.
I'm still not wild about this animation but I like the set up of the episodes.

Don't forget Shaggy's mini-golf talents! Tonight's show very much reminded me of the mini-golf and baseball episodes of 'What's New', but perhaps a little too close to the latter. That said, this is my favorite episode of the series so far. In terms of the "traditionally"-formatted series (SDWAY, TSDS, APNSG, WNSD), I'm already enjoying this series more than 'What's New'.

Well, I'll just say the animation FINALLY gelled with me this episode (only took 5 episodes!), it's still among the worst in the series, but my mind has settled with it so it's not a distraction anymore.

Best episode so far. Give it a 10/10 finally. Loved the animation a lot in this and was really well directed. Felt a lot like an actual movie (like the scene with Daphne, Scooby and Shaggy in the tunnel). Loved Daphne's quirk and her motif at the end made me cry a bit, thinking of the whole franchise that lasted so long. Writing was good, plot was very interesting and Velma and Fred commenting was epic. Can't wait to see more!

This was another great episode! This felt like a cross between "The Unnatural" and "A Terrifying Round with a Menacing Metallic Clown." My favorite parts of the episode were Shaggy's bravery, Daphne's quirkiness with the mascot, and Velma's obsession with baseball statistics. The "I made bad life choices" joke was hilarious, and the old woman piano player doing the chase song was funny too. 8/10

Pretty good episode. The baseball setting was great, the monster was actually interesting looking, and Velma's obsession was baseball statistics was actually quite hilarious. Best of the series so far.

This was the one I saw first. And it gave me a nice intro to the series so far. Enjoyed that the split up had Daphne with Scooby/Shaggy.
I also enjoy the more cartoony feel. Which at first I thought was going to be harder to like, but for the writing It was better than I was expecting. The animation stye is going to clearly take getting used to, but I expect that to only need time and more episodes.

Indeed, combination of "The Unnatural" and "A Terrifying Round with a Menacing Metallic Clown". I liked this one a lot! Shaggy's bravery is awesome, Daphne's cheerleading was so cute, however, the villain was unoriginal. Another baseball player ghost? But then again, what else would haunt a baseball stadium other than that or the Demon of the Dugout AKA Dragon Beast?

"You have come into the liiiiight...." It may take getting used to, but trust me, it will become normal to you after a while. You'll start to see some of the animation and poses that ARE good, and ones that really help sell the comedy and subtlety of the acting. It's a great fit to the overall feel and vibe of THIS Scooby- Glad to see you are starting to accept it.

I loved Daphne being a klutz again! Fred was handled well. The writer defiantly ships Fred and Velma! A baseball field was kinda a boring choice for such a wacky show, why not choose an obscure or wacky sport? The villain was kinda predictable, but the rest was pretty good.
