Which episodes are 10, 11 and 12? Is one of them the one that was omitted from the spooky tales set? Maybe those are the damaged ones? I'm just guessing. (In order) "The Dooby Dooby Doo Ado"/ "Showboat Scooby" "Sherlock Doo" "A Scary Duel with a Cartoon Ghoul"/ "Eieio" Those were missing from the WB site (when the series was available), so you may be right. The only place I know of that had copies of them was KissCartoon, and that site is now permanently removed from the Internet.

Ah so they're all episodes that haven't been aired in a while and weren't on any spooky tales disks.

I asked Warner Archive if they would finish incomplete Scooby series, but they said it was in perfect hands with WHV (maybe not word for word, but that's what they said), and that's probably because, as you said mattpricetime, the filmography will sell fine, if not great. And it has been, as it's the only HB show that gets away with wide releases, instead of being dropped into Warner Archive's hands, like was the case with the other seven HB films of the late 80s couldn't get full-fledged releases. How did you contact them?! They're very hard to reach.

I think the thing you are getting into there is the difference between where they draw the lines on "shows" within a franchise. Any new theories? I really want to believe they will release it someday.

The whole series is finally on the Boomerang App for streaming. But here's the thing about this show, or at least partially why I think Warner hasn't bothered with it too much:
All the episodes from A Code in the Nose to The Nutcracker Scoob were animated using Hanna-Barbera's digital inking and coloring system instead of being painted/shot on actual cels. So these episodes don't actually exist in anything higher than 480i, and the PAL territory copies are just frame blended instead of sped up because of the awkward telecine pulldown/analog transition effects. Reluctant Werewolf and Arabian Nights were made using the same technology and suffer from the same obvious problems.
Also, the deinterlacing on the Boomerang copies is pretty bad. The few early episodes that were actually animated traditionally fare better, but there's some pretty bad artifacting on all of the digitally produced ones. So I still wish Warner would release DVDs of the digital episodes to preserve the original interlacing.
A handful of the cel animated episodes have also been remastered/released on DVD, and look just as good as the 1983 episodes.

While we've been talking a lot more about new productions, word going on the older releases is kind of the same. We expect there's going to be some kind of movement soon. We just don't know when exactly. George Feltenstein (the guy who runs the Warner Archive and knows basically everything going on at Warner Home Video both retail and archive) has been adamant on like five different letters (one being mine) on the podcast that work on the Hanna Barbera library in general is still heavily ongoing even if the releases have been slower. I mentioned in another thread he even casually dropped they were getting close to clearing one with a clearance issue and that one wasn't even a major one. They've not given up in that area either.
Except for a few pops in from smaller discs already out overseas you'll notice the new smaller releases with double dips have all but stopped for Scooby and Tom and jerry. Redoing the sets for the Diamond Collection has seemingly been good enough for them to have multiple retailers keep them in stock year round. This is a good indication there is a plan, they aren't fishing for a new gimmick several times a year unlike another thing in the library.
I expect either a "big one" (meaning one of the missing shows a lot of people have been waiting on like a scooby) or a "wave" (meaning a greater number of smaller ones) may be on the horizon. Since next year is Scooby's 50th it would be a good time to release one of his missing sets, but we'll see. This is another area we might be surprised in for 2019-2020.
The only hitch with this section is of course sometimes technical things do cause some major delays. They had name dropped two HB releases back at this year's Wondercon. We got half of the one but the other half and the second still haven't been released. So while you may notice i'm being rather positive but adding a little bit of skepticism......but then again I had some skepticism that 13 Ghosts movie was real and well there you go. We'll keep the hope alive.

Agreed, and it also makes more sense now how US Boomerang only tends to air episodes 1-4 in marathons and such (they haven't aired Code in the Nose - Nutcracker Scoob in years now).
