i think the last JQ film was johnny quest vs the cyber insects and then there was real Johnny Quest series in the late 90s. I remember cyber insects! My dad bought it for me to get me into quest because he liked it. I must have watched that 100 times. Idk, i'll have to see this. I just don't see how tom and Jerry would fit with JQ? Interested in seeing this play out The same way Astro and the Space Mutts fit in with the other segments on Space Stars and to a lesser extent Scooby Doo fit in on Dynomutt Dog Wonder. Hanna Barbera has had cross-genre crossovers before. However the writers clearly had a little bit of fun with it, as in a truly good gag on the concept during one scene, Jonny and Hadji's jetpacks work just as well as they do in shows like Jonny Quest, yet when Tom tries his, it works just as you would expect it to in a slapstick cartoon. Even though they are the same types of jetpacks lol.

Watched this yesterday morning. Even though I have never watched the original Jonny Quest cartoon and have only watched few Tom and Jerry, I can say it was a pretty enjoyable. The gag of Bandit barking and tossing Tom in the air was hilarious, and how Dr. Zin thought that Tom was a "diabolically clever feline", when he only beat the cat minions by accident! Quite a good film.
