That ghost captain was pretty stupid. He just fell for one joke after the other within seconds... Also, is it just me, or was that lighthouse (at least the outisde of it) used in "Horror Scope Scoob" too? Overall, too much running for nothing. And the guys don't even have a way out of the island...

Agree!! But it was a funny episode although Scooby was whimpering a little too much. And why did Scrappy have to always ruin the disguise?

I don't know. Scrappy sometimes does stuff like that, but he did so way more then usual in that ep. It did take up a lot more time then it would've if he hadn't. They can't have the episodes too short, I guess, and it was the only way they could figure to make it reach the length was to have Scrappy keep it up. If it had been just Shaggy and Scooby, they probably would have had to have either increase the monster's IQ by fifty or lower Shaggy and Scooby's by fifty (or their luck by fifty) I wish that they hadn't relied on Scrappy so much to reach the amount of time they needed. Scrappy's a great way to set or keep the plot rolling (Because of his enthusiasm and impulsivity) but I think that they overused it and it's part of the reason some people don't like him...

I really liked this one, just because it felt like classic Scooby (or as close as you can get with this series). The villain was neat.

Yeah the captain was such a dumb villain. The episode kept on repeating the same chase joke
