Yeah, kids are expensive!!! We have 3!! good lord I hope I stay at one lol at least for now. idk if you've gotten your tat yet but a little knowledge I like to pass on to anyone (if they haven't already heard it) is to leave it dry the first two days. Wash it with soap and water when you shower, but don't put any lube or cream on it. Then day three start using tat wax or whatever you like to moisturize it with. My artist told me to do this. I tried it on my last three tattoos. Not only did they heal twice as fast and have less scabbing, the color was a lot more vibrant.

Usually I prefer Lubriderm but I used tat wax on occassion. I noticed sometimes it looked like it drew some ink out, especially the wax. One day the guy said he and his wife had been doing the 2 day dry thing and asked me to try it out. Like I said, healed so fast I kept doing it. Idk what the science is behind it but I believe in it lol

The 2 day dry thing seemed to tone down itching. I know you know this but scented soap and hot water will make them irritated crazy bad! It is easy to forget and get into a hot shower and wipe whatever on it. I've done it many times lol
