Very nice episode! Maybe the best sea monster episode around!

Yeah. It's a nice mixture of the old and new. Classic diving and searching, new tech though.

I really like Shaggy's joke about Crunchy being "a little dingy" in this episode.

I wasn't thrilled by this episode but I really liked it for the sea monster! ( credit scoob16- DVD)

The Sea monster design in this episode is pretty cool too.

I'm a fan of sea episodes, but this one wasn't my favorite.

I'm surprised that they didn't bother with a title drop tounge twister in the episode, they had their chance and well it's all washed up now.

I saw the episode today. As I expected, they were diving and swimming in scuba gear.

Also, this might be the first episode in all of the Scooby-Doo incarnations combined with Daphne wearing a bikini with two colors (purple and lime green). Her bikini is a hybrid of "Twenty Thousand Screams Under the Sea" and "No Sharking Zone".

Might be in the minority here but this is one of my absolute favourites of S1. I feel this mystery had a nice scope to it and the underwater scenes are very well animated. The mystery and Sea Serpent weren't anything to write home about but I adore the tropical setting - it reminds me of Aloha Scooby-Doo!, which I love!

It’s actually probably my least favorite of the first season (though to it’s credit, the first season is REALLY good imo) but it is interesting seeing your opinion and reasoning here

I think "Roller Ghoster Ride" is probably my least favourite atm - just because it all takes place in broad daylight with little to no atmosphere + the villain definitely should've been jailed.

The daylight part doesn't really bother me, though I would agree the atmosphere isn't really creepy. I view it more as a fun episode rather than particularly spooky. It's not one of my favorites of the season personally either (Lights, Camera, Mayhem, It's Mean It's Green It's the Mystery Machine, Big Scare in the Big Easy are probably my top 3). I agree though the villain committed some of the most serious crimes of the series and should have faced serious prison time
