This was a rather fun episode. And it appears that Scooby steals food from Shaggy, and Scrappy from his Uncle Scooby... LOL... And it appears Scrappy doesn't like being called "cute little pup"...

I thought the villain was cool in this one, and I liked the plot too. One of my favorites.

I liked the episode, but is the title a pun or is it just an odd title?

Not one of my favorite Scooby episodes, but I enjoy this. As usual, I dig the sorcerer's design.

I think its a pun on the sorcerers Apprentice. Ooh, I think you're right. Somehow I didn't even think of that before.

Well the Sorcerer's Apprentice was part of the 1940 film Fantasia, one of the most famous early Disney films. Likely an Unconscious nod to it.

Or probably deliberate. Scooby-Doo franchise does like its shout-outs.

This is a decent episode. The monster design is pretty unique. The setting is just alright

I definitely think it was an intentional nod to The Sorcerer's Apprentice. Anyway, I do feel like this is a pretty underrated episode. Enjoyed this one a lot

I don't usually enjoy magician episodes but this was a nice one. I liked the villain too.

I don't usually enjoy magician episodes but this was a nice one. I liked the villain too. Does anyone else notice that almost every time Scooby and the gang see a magic show The culprit of that episode turns out to be the magician they had just seen perform? The only time I remember being different was the ghost of Rufus Raucous, who turned out to be somebody else instead of the not quite dead Rufus.

The magician from A Good Medium is Rare isn’t considered to be a culprit, but I would argue that given his trespassing in the house, he would’ve tried to steal the jewels and at the very least was a conspirator due to his involvement in the Magic Mansion scam
