I liked it better than Ghastly Ghost Town. Plane sequences with the music and the Red Baron were the best parts. I think the flying scenes dragged on too long. They do it better in Scary Sky Skeleton and Headless Horseman of Halloween. Even then, that is my least favorite scene in the latter

I love the farm setting but the flying scenes do get exhausting after a short period of time. If this episode just ran for the usual 22 minutes, I'm pretty sure it would be a great watch!

This one did have one of my fav screencaps of Fred. He looks like he's doing an impression of a 30's radio newscast announcer.

It has some great components such as the airfield, The Red Baron/his look, some of the flying sequences. Speaking of the 'flying sequences' I had those Dick Dastardly/Mutley vibes from it. Has those same instrumentals being played in the background too.

It could’ve been a really cool normal length episode but there just wasn’t enough there for the double runtime

It wouldn't be like the airfield used in 'Space Kook'.

Scooby Doo Show Season Three style would've been interesting for this too. It would look much more colorful. Regardless, The image of the Red Baron zooming through the ski letting out the "Hyde laugh" is pretty badass.

It has the dark vibe and uses that background music and stuff. The normal 20 minutes, no guest stars, it would be A LOT of fun

Headless Horseman has the flying scenes in it which I don't agree with. It tried to be to two seperate episodes. It should've focused on The Haunted Horseman instead of incorporating the flying subplots. Season Two would come really quick after it but the more serious tone would also be a different watch.

Plot: One of my least favorite episodes of the series. I find it kinda boring and repetitive. 5/10 Set Up:Not much here. Quite forgetable. 4/10 Monster: The ghost of the Red Baron had a cool design and was creepy. His hopping threw me off, though. 6/10
BONUS Guest Stars: Again, the Three Stooges were funny and great guests. This episode's highlight for sure. 8/10 Nostalgia Boost: +0
Final Score: 5.8/10

I think the other Three Stooges episode was much better than this one. The villain isn't even scary.
