I just re-watched this episode, and I'd say it's my favorite of all the series. Kind of reminds me classic Scooby, cause it features Dracula, Frankenstein, as well as a werewolf - a baby werewolf, but still! ;P I'm also starting to love all the jokes Shaggy and Scooby make about their brains!!

Wouldn't say it's the best...but it was a good episode.

Wasn't a huge fan. The classic monsters were cool, but a weird plot and not really a mystery. Eh. 5/10

Plus, it seemed like Daphne never got into any danger and was not the damsel in distress in this episode.
I really found Scooby's closing line "Quacky-Quacky-Doo" hilarious! It makes me wonder if Scooby's brain was altered by the ray?

Not a fan of the plot. Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo-ish

I typically love episodes with all the Universal monsters, but this one fell a little flat for me. It definitely has its charm, but most of the jokes weren't very funny (especially Dracula calling his wife "poopsie" several times).
