After the Mystery Machine crashes in Fisherman's Wharf, and the gang land in a pile of fish, Scooby's paw turns green as he reaches to pull Shaggy out of the mess. oops!

Well, Hanna-Barbera was pretty much an "economical" animation studio. They rarely had time to fix mistakes like that. "The New Scooby-Doo Movies" had even more errors (like Velma having white glasses in one shot), because now they had to use that same budget to do an hour of animation per show. But the second season looked even worse, because it was animated by Hanna-Barbera Australia instead of the LA-based studio.
