Wanted to make a thread here and say that part of me adores this episode a lot. I know i watched the copy i had of this one on vhs alot. There's so much to get be geeky going on in this one: We've got Count Dracula with a bride (named Vampira here as an ode to the actress that hosted a horror tv show and therefore became a common name for vampires), the Frankenstein monster (and a bit more civil here), the Wolf Man (with transformation and looking somewhat like Lon Chaney Jr) the invisible Man, the mummy and a reappearance of the sea-demon as a stand in for the gill man from creature from a black lagoon. And there all on Scooby's side! Plus on the bad guy side, there's a hunchbacked Igor (the pop culture equivalent to the Fritz character of the Frankenstein film, Chandra (a gender swapped evil version of Chandu the magician) and the ghost disguise is of Van Helsing, Dracula's rival. Plus the opening takes place in a play off of the little shop of horrors. (called the tiny shop of horrors) Even as a kid i was swimming in all those classic monster references. Great episode.

First saw this on a VHS tape with the headless horseman and tar monster. Great value tape back then.
