Mindy Cohn. Kate Micucci's voice just sounds off.

Nicole Jaffe will always be my favorite voice for the character and I really missed that squeaky voice when she was replaced in later incarnations of the series. I have always thought that while BJ ward did a decent job for "Zombie Island", I'll go with Mindy Cohen as my second favorite Velma VA. I think she is a great fit for the character and hope she continues to voice her. I'm not too keen on Kate Miccucci and don't know why she was chosen for "Be Cool, SD".

As I said in the "Do You Like Velma?" thread, Mindy Cohn is probobly my favorite. Lots of people like Linda Cardellini, and she totally looks like Velma but the parts she plays aren't too engaging. (but obviously she's going to be low here because us nerds know better) To re-iterate, it's well preformed but in the wrong direction.

I don't follow Velma very closely, I just can't stand the one voice that doesn't sound anything like her

Mindy Cohn. Kate Micucci's voice just sounds off. Agreed, Micucci has this really nasal hint to Velma that I don't like. Velma's geeky, but not pocket-protector geeky.

I would have to say Pat Stevens since she has the 'not too sour, not too sweet approach" despite growing up in the Ward/Cohn era...I always preferred Stevens voice with Nicole being a close second despite the much more abrassive tone.

Pat always sounded like she was in her thirties were Velma’s supposed to be fifteen when she started voicing her and mid twenties during the scrappy era.

Are we even sure that Velma was still 15 during the time Pat voiced her? She seemed more like 17 or 18 at that time.

I like most Velma voices. I guess out of the main voices I’d go
1. Mindy Cohn 2. Nicole Jaffe 3. Pat Stevens 4. BJ Ward 5. Marla Frumkin 6. Kate Micucci
The top 4 are all really good and really close but Mindy is Velma to me. Marla Frumkin probably gets too much hate she was alright. I’m not a fan of Kate’s Velma as said before it just feels really off
