Awesome! Thanks for the news. I've held off watching it till the bluray comes out since I didn't want to download it or watch a low-Rez version, but I will probably catch the network showing.

Thanks for adding it. I honestly forget the calendar is there half the time. I think the calendar is pretty neat now that Doo and I have been adding things. It was really lacking before. I also added this to my signature.

Its interesting how they release the movie on tv for all to watch before the movie comes out on dvd. Yea, they've been doing that with these movies lately. I wonder if that has a negative affect on DVD sales. I would think that it might.

I wonder if CN pays more to WB to air it first before the DVD release? Or if it's part of a contract terms? Or it's possible that WB views that airing the DTV first counts as advertising it without paying for commercials.
Since they have done this with the last few, I'm sure if WB was finding that it was costing them a significant amount of sales without gains from an alternative aspect, they would cease doing it as soon as they could.

I think it probably helps with sales. Kids see it, then want to watch it again and again. The DVD will still be sold to people who just blind-buy Scooby stuff. My young cousin doesn't actually watch a lot of television, so most of his scooby doo exposure is through DVDs that are bought for him. I imagine there are others.

I think it probably helps with sales. Kids see it, then want to watch it again and again. That is a good point. I think you're right about that.

Its interesting how they release the movie on tv for all to watch before the movie comes out on dvd. Yea, they've been doing that with these movies lately. I wonder if that has a negative affect on DVD sales. I would think that it might. My reasoning behind that was that not as many people would buy the DVD if they have already seen it on TV. I think that this may be true with some people, but I think those people probably wouldn't have gotten the DVD in the first place. I have basically just changed my mind. I am now thinking that it probably does help sales.
