I liked the episode overall. It's getting more exciting by the episode! The next episode is going to be even more intense because The Freak returns! .
Wow, Brad and Judy went to great lengths to make sure they got the disk! I was surprised that they got plastic surgery just to look like Fred and Daphne.
I assume that Fred has some sort of plan to get the disk back.....or the disk he gave Pericles is a fake. After all the work they did in Wrath of the Krampus, I don't think Fred would just hand it over to Pericles as willingly as he did.
And it appears Pericles is a servant of Nibiru!
Can't wait for "Nightmare in Red!"

After all the work they did in Wrath of the Krampus, I don't think Fred would just hand it over to Pericles as willingly as he did. I kept thinking that during the episode too, though I suppose if he gave up the disc quickly Daphne's safety is his hot button. I kept waiting for Fred to say something about it being fake after Pericles and his parents were gone. I'm starting to wonder if it's better for Pericles to have the disc at present to keep it's corrupting influence away from the gang though. We're finally getting into the big guns about Nibiru and the evil Annunaki with the reveal that Pericles is serving that evil Annunaki. As far as I know Nibiru is the time that the Annunaki visit, right? I'm curious what the evil one will be named. They've been using some really cool folktales, mythological references, etc. in the series. The other thing that I keep thinking about is exactly how much therapy Fred needs after all his parental encounters. How much therapy is enough for your mother getting plastic surgery so that she can pretend she's your girlfriend? Wow, Judy! Just wow. Thank goodness she went with the much older look, because Scooby series should never be a Greek tragedy. Really enjoyed this episode. Not surprising since I'm a Freddie fangirl. lol Can't wait to see the next one in English.

I agree!!!!! I think Fred would do anything for Daphne, even if it did mean giving up the disk. I've got an extremely bad feeling as to what Pericles might do now, especially considering what was shown in the promo. You better do something quick and soon, Mystery Incorporated!!!!!

Pretty decent episode. I would have loved it if they did a legitimate alternate reality episode. Still, that ending. I still feel like Fred plays off the whole "giving up the disc" thing so quickly I'd have to think that he had a plan. It looks like that's not the case, but I really wonder what the ultimate evil will end up being called/what it will look like.

I agree, although in "Stand and Deliver" it was revealed that the "thing"in the sarcophagus is an evil annunahki. I also can't wait to find out what it is exactly. We shall see........

I was re-watching this episode the other day and I noticed that one of the buildings was named for Iwao Takamoto, I was wondering did anybody else notice this?

I enjoyed this episode. Fred really is awesome and a secret romantic. Its just a good mix of stupidity and chivalry that makes him our fred Jones. I do not mean this in a bad way. He is just Fred.

I think that what Fred did with the locations was pretty smart!! He knew that the gang would figure his clue out, and they did! Awesome detective skills!! And one more thing I realize happens in every episode with impostors: why can't they understand from the voice that what they have beofre them is a fake?!? I realized that right away!

This episode was a glimpse into Fred's future, when Frank Welker retires. I'm so not ready for someone else to voice Fred! It was too strange! I was also thinking throughout the episode that it would have been nice for Heather North to be involved with this series in some way, like Casey Kasem was. It would have been nice for her to voice the "old" Daphne.

Well, the voice actors for Evil Fred and Old Daphne weren't randomly chosen: they are the same ones who voice Brad and Judy, the culprits, which made it more obvious. I had first watched this episode is Spanish, though, so the voices didn't spoil it for me!

Also, Brad DID look like Fred, so it was weird having someone else voice " Fred" for the first time.

It would have been nice for her to voice the "old" Daphne. That would've been interesting if she did , but they had to have the person who voiced Judy. If Heather voiced her when they revealed it was Judy the voice switch would've been way obvious and it would've been clear Heather was doing Judy if she had done it. I agree I'm not really ready for someone else to voice Fred , I've gotten so used to Frank voicing Fred over the years.
