This was a great episode! I loved the villains! I'm wondering now what will happen with Handsome Jimmy and Nova. I was a little surprised the Hex Girls weren't in this episode more though.

Feel rather underwhelmed by this episode which is a shame as I was looking forward to it. The first 1/2-3/4 was good but it was downhill after than. Being a bit of a Ska fan myself I felt they didn't really make as much use of the genre as they could have and the battle of the band bit was rather, hate to say it, boring. Fred's description of the music sounded like a cut 'n paste job from the Wikipedia entry on Ska. As it sounded like they came from my side of the pond they are more likely 2 Tone not original Ska. Off to listen to 'Ghost Town' by The Specials to cheer myself up.  |

So, is anyone else kind of upset?
For this series whole entire concept of CONTINUITY of storyline, the Day After ... Crystal Cove is already all rebuilt?
The Horrible Herd did all that damage and... poof. Miracle Rebuilding!?

I did notice how well they had rebuilt the place but that was the least of the episodes problems. I don't get an indication of exactly how much time had passed but it can't have been that long.

I liked it, but nowhere near as much as the first Hex Girls episode. The Ska stuff was hilarious, though.

I quite like Ska and had high hopes for the song when I heard about it, lets say it wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. If I watch the episode again I'll see if I like it more. As for the Hex Girls I've heard comedy songs about owls that have more rock. |
