He was the U.S. president who got impeached and resigned from office back in the 70's.
Ever hear of Watergate? That was him.

About this ep: Unless I'm missing something, the first couple who were affected by the gnome's touch were the same ones who were the first victims of the Man-Crab ep. Also, did anyone notice the hooded guy who was following those two pirate guys who'd be touched by the gnome was the same one who "accidently" bumped into Velma at the end, dropping that clue box to her? I'm guessing it could've been the same guy who got Alice May out of the jail. What'd you think?

Saw Episode Yestery at night good thing i now how to find online(Uplaoded Youtube if anyone didn't yet watch) For The last scene, The Red Circle i think its because Mr. E. is Pericles, because it sayd those kids where gone, BUT now the parrot, so just think those kids are The Scooby Doo Gang, So Mr. E. Thinks theres a change to find those missing kids, whit the Scooby Doo Gang. And For The Voice Of Mr. E. Is Like that because alot of people can make a tape then put his voice louder, tiny etc.(i think). "Don't Give Up, this all happand before" that's another way of sayng that Mr. E. Can be a Person/Pet that know Mystery Incorporated(Missing Kids) very well, has well has Scooby Doo Gang Parents, and he has People working for him like that mask figure, drop that box. He Just want's the missing kids back, like Scooby Doo Loves Shaggy, the Pericles Loved Other "Version" Of Shaggy. Its all the Same, that what i think I completely agree! I also think that maybe he (Parrot) saw a love triangle in his group and it tore the group apart making him a free bird and never to be seen again and maybe he was found by a rich guy who found he could talk and the rich guy died and he left everything to the parrot...far fetched i know.

I loved this episode! It reminded me of "Large Dragon at Large", and the villain was scary! 1,100 posts!

This one was kind of fun. I liked the gnome. It was an original and fun monster. I liked the renaissance fair theme

This was a good episode, a bit more low key than the last two episodes but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It was a fun enough episode while still keeping the intrigue of the larger mystery. It works well in the story as a change of pace
