She's still alive.

After watching "The Midnight Zone", I hope she's not. I don't think she is.

Wow. I have to say, I'm still skeptical if it's true.

I just watched episode, and I got the impression that she did actually die. It'd be awesome if she was actually alive, but... probably not.
Also, her last words to Daphne just seemed so final, like she knew she probably wouldn't make it.

Yea, like he would say "She pops up at the end alive." He wouldn't ruin it for us. lol.
I'm not going to believe she is dead until it is revealed so in the series. Or if she never makes another appearance I will believe it.

If she was alive, he would have said "keep watching" and left it at that. He didn't have to mention that she was dead in the first place except that he wanted to get the point across and the word out that characters do die in mystery inc.

I'm not saying that she is alive, I'm just saying.. Tony saying she's dead doesn't provide proof.

Sorry for bringing up something so old, but I have to say, this is pretty dark territory for something that is supposed to be child-friendly. I really liked Cassidy, and I was hoping that she had somehow survived, but I did shed a tear for her. I was happy that she able to be brought back in the end. I miss the light-hearted days of HB Scooby. It's just not the same anymore. I can appreciate the more mature direction given in MI, but I can't help but miss the "retro" format and subtle Shaphne.

Well, Pericles confirmed both the deaths of Ed Machine and Cassidy in "The Horrible Herd", but still, Mr. E seemd unaware of the latter's death, as shown in "Gates of Gloom".

I can't seem to remember who "Ed Machine" is, but apparently his death was also pretty dark? They even alluded to Hot Dog Water being shot and killed. (I was very saddened by that, she was an amazing character.) This is definitely quite dark territory for a children's show. Of course, it's much more entertaining/interesting to us older folks.
