Sarah Ravencroft and the Woodsman the first time I saw them. Now that I think about it, Sarah did scare me a bit.

The zombie island zombies and those body snatchers from the first movie. Having my body taken freaked me out and dead people are creepy, dead people chasing you even more so.

The Zombies from Zombie Island, when i was little they kinda freaked me out but i still watched the movie. And now today it is still my favorite Scooby movie. Also the zombie from "which witch is witch?" and the clown from "Bedlam in the Big top", and the living toys from "Toy Scary Boo". And the zombie brothers from "big scare in the big easy". And Spooky Space Kook I forgot him! . I am a scaredy cat!

I posted in the episode board but, while it was not the first time i had seen the episode but the vampire from the scooby doo show episode mixed with a real life sound in my vent was more than enough to send me running.
But this was a rarity in my case, after all i was the kid who watched a whole lot of scooby and a whole lot of horror as kid. So i always one of the "monsters are cool" kids, but having a vampire coming out of a vent on tv and then hearing a real life vent noise just had me in over my head for real!

I don't think so but my daughter was scared by Zombie Island when she was younger and my son was scared by the mummy warriors in 'Where's My Mummy?' when he was younger.

Dr. Coffin! Also the Vampire from "The Scooby-Doo Show". My sister and I watched those episodes and the age of 7-8, and thought that they were out of our bedroom window! I forgot about the Vampire of Skull Island! He really scared me when I was a kid!
